Clayton Hanley here, just checking in to say 'Hi'.
As you know in March we temporarily closed our office to protect and care for those who work with us, our customers, and the public. Although we haven't minded working from home, and the much shorter commute, we do miss seeing our co-workers. You can find us on our social channels to keep updated.
Luckily we didn't have a hiccup in the transition to working from home, and we are still here M-F 8:30-4:30, and now you can have 24/7 access to your policies, billing, ID Cards, claims, & more.
We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.

We suggest having each driver listed on your Safeco policy to download the app on their phones insuring you always have a valid ID card for the car you are driving.
